- Once the design is approved or the order enters production, no changes, edits, or cancellations will be accepted.
- Customers are solely responsible for carefully reviewing and approving design proofs, including spelling, dates, images, and layout.
- Wedbing will not be liable for any errors that have been approved by the customer during the design approval stage.
- Minor variations in size, paper quality, colour tone, print finish, or binding may occur due to printing processes and are considered normal.
- All products are intended for personal use, planning, and keepsake purposes only.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only within 1 hour of placing the order.
- After this time frame, cancellation requests will not be accepted as the order process begins immediately.
- Customised and personalised products are strictly non-cancellable once the design process or production has started.
- Any request for cancellation after the allowed time period will be automatically declined.
3. Returns, Refunds & Replacement
- All customised and printed stationery products are non-returnable and non-refundable under normal circumstances.
- Returns or replacements are only applicable in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Product has a manufacturing defect
- Incorrect product delivered
- Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.
- After verification by our team, we will provide a replacement or suitable resolution, depending on the issue.
- If a refund is approved under exceptional conditions, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Products that have been used, written on, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
- Slight variations in print, colour, or material will not be considered defects.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Wedbing delivers across India. Additional shipping charges may apply for remote or non-serviceable locations.
- Standard order processing time is 3–15 working days, depending on product type and order volume.
- Customised stationery products are delivered within 4–9 working days after dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to location, courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
- Customers will receive shipping updates via Email, WhatsApp, or SMS once the order is dispatched.
- Wedbing is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

- Our product range includes wedding planner books, guest list books, story books, checklist notepads, notebooks, writing pads, and combo packages.
